Hello, my name is Jesse and I am a passionate solution designer now employed by Infobric AB as the Business Development Manager. I’ve spent the last 14 years honing my skills in the world of security, from installation to maintenance and design. Today, introducing new business to the Finnish market for a multinational company.
My primary tasks include determining the best strategy for introducing Infobric products and services to the Finnish construction sector, communicating with customers, and bridging the gap between market requirements and the R&D team.
I enjoy dealing with a diverse selection of clients, and I always strive to see the broad picture when it comes to a client’s requirements and aspirations, and to meet them as efficiently as possible.

I was a member of an agile team responsible for the design and development of the new Flexim Safea access control and time attendance system. I joined a team of four long-serving System Specialists as a new member. I supported customers and our company’s service professionals via phone and remote support for Flexim3, Flexim4, and Flexim5. Additionally, I devised strategies and procedures for conducting support more efficiently, including the use of more modern tools and database queries to resolve issues.
